A potential buyer's first impression of your home is the most important!  Stage your home to sell it faster and for more money!
 
Staging Consultation:  (Occupied Home)
An in home property enhancement consultation.  We’ll walk through the home, inside and out, and make a list of recommendations, which will help the homeowner get the most money for the home in the shortest possible time.  (Staging Consultations usually take just 1-2 hours.)
 
Based on the 
Staging Consultation
list, which we will leave behind, the homeowner can decide if they want to do the work themselves, use their own resources or have me help them through the process.  We can even do an Interior Redesign to one or all of the rooms in their home.  ( Interior redesign hours will vary from 3-10 hours.)



Home Staging: (Vacant Home)
If the home needs to be Staged with furnishings and accessories, occupied or vacant, we will manage the all Staging details.  We will choose the furniture and accessories, design the floor plan, arrange the furniture and accessorize each room that's staged. Once the house is sold, we will come back and pick up all of the staged items in a timely manner.   (Home Staging hours will vary.)

Staging focuses on improving a property to make it appeal to the largest amount of buyers by transforming it into a welcoming, appealing, and attractive product for sale. Staging often raises the value of a property by way of reducing the home's flaws, depersonalizing, decluttering, cleaning, improving condition items, and landscaping. For vacant homes, rental furniture is used to create a living space the buyer could "see" themselves in. Properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features while minimizing flaws.
